I've got that problem too. I've lost my golden theater chair, and I'm mopre than a week sending reports to the staffs to give me another chair, but the staffs don't gived me the chair...
Maybe I'm not see my lost chair again....
I think I'll go to put off al the things of my rooms.
Sometimes is difficult to follow the rules, but the rules are on this world to make this a better place.
I don't like some rules too, but following the rules can make this a better world.

These missing items, were you carrying them around? Or are they placed in a room?
If you carry over 200 items in Inventory, they may disappear like they did with my friend. Store items in a room instead. The staff did return her items; but they had disappeared because she was carrying over 200 items.

One of my friends lost her 4 star ruby magic as well. It might be a bug or someone is hacking all the big accounts. VFK will have to fix this problem as soon as possible!
