    There is no way to 'Start" the Epic Quest anymore. The Newsleter does say it will return someday. Quote:
    Starting the Quest for Fairy Enchantment has completed for August. If you have already started your Quest for Fairy Enchantment, you will be able to complete it anytime during the month of September. The quest for Fairy Enchantment will return soon.
